So... Now that we know what to do (if you don't look HERE! >_<)... the problem is.. WHERE?
Hongdae, Itaewon, Kangnam, Dongdaemoon, Seohyun, Apgu (Rodeo or Karosu), Myoungdong.
The possibilities are ENDLESS. However, they all have one thing in common... Shopping place.
All of these places are centered around several shopping centers or one big department store.
For example.. the famous..
동대문 (Dong Dae Moon)
DDM is a famous shopping center among teenagers, because they sell thousands and millions of clothing with an extremely low price.
Tip for DDM:
1. Never pay the price of clothing by what they offer, you can cut the price in half, even to 30%!
2. Do not get fished (tricked) into buying something, they are one good salespeople. Only buy what YOU want.
3. Make sure not to act like a tourist... You will become a #1 target.
4. For a more luxurious clothing visit DOOTA, for a more teenager style with cheap prices, visit apm or Migliore.
5. Don't expect to wear your piece of accessory or clothing for more than a month, as cheap as they are, they wear out quickly.
For ones that enjoy changing fashion style very frequently (teens.. ahem.. ahem..) DDM is a place for you.
With cheap but fashionable goods, it MUST be a popular culture and hang out place for Korean teenagers!
Moving on to...APGU (Rodeo or Karosu)

Rodeo
Rodeo is a street near Apgu station with lined up cafes, tarot and fortune telling places, restaurants, ice cream shops, clothing and brand shops, and NRBs.
It is located right next to the Shopping mall, Galleria. Just one little street is FILLED with teenagers from day to night. They hang out shopping, talking in cafes, and singing in NRBs. Rodeo street has one of the most fashionable teenagers from young to mature.
Karosu
Karosu street is popular among more of college students. It is mainly consisted of Jazzy or regular cafes and shopping stores. Buying items from Karosu, however, may be a little to expensive (not attracting many teenagers). However, the rich mood of the cafes attract many of those who just like to sit down and have a cup of coffee.
I almost forgot... Karosu has tons of hidden delicious food stores.
